Beginners Glass Bead Making CourseThis 4 week course on Wednesday evenings 6pm to 9pm, will teach you a heap of techniques in Glass Bead Making. You will learn to make basic beads with dots, pull stringers, encasing, use of tools to change the shape, florals and a heap more. The tuition is $180 plus the tool kit $150 (yours to keep) Total $330. Intermediate Glass Bead Making ClassesThis year we are taking a different approach to intermediate classes. We will have a series of workshops that focus on a specific topic. These will challenge your skills and take you to the next level of bead making. Time can be spent on fixing any problems you may be experiencing. Saturday 10am to 4pm. Fused Dichroic Glass pendant WorkshopLearn how to cut , shape and combine dichroic glass to fuse in a kiln to make a beautiful pendant. You will take home 4-8 pendants .All materials and tools provided .Saturday 10am to 3pm. Cost $175Next Dates 2010Jan 30th March 27th May 29th
NEWDichroic & Silver Clay Workshop
This 2 week workshop will teach you to cut and fuse dichroic glass cabochons in the first week and then come back the following week to add Silver clay to make a beautiful Silver and Dichroic glass pendant or brooch. Cost $160 for workshop plus materials ( approx $70)Sat 15th & Sat 22nd May - 10am - 2pm
Silver Art Clay Introduction WorkshopThis simple workshop introduces you to the wonders of Silver Clay. You will learn all the steps needed to work with this material, including molding, shaping, rolling,drying and filing, firing and polishing your 99% fine silver pendant.The cost is only $75 which includes use of tools and equiptment and materials. Basic Beaded Jewellery ClassesThis 2 hour workshop will teach you the correct method of making quality beaded jewellery and finishing it like a professional. Jess will teach you several methods used to make necklaces , earrings and braclets. Cost $60 which includes use of tools, materials and $10 worth of beads. REFUND POLICY FOR WORKSHOPS AND CLASSESA $50 non-refunable deposit is required at time of booking to secure your position in the class that you have booked into. Application for refund or transfer will be accepted if recieved at least 5 days prior to date of course commencment.There will be a 25% administration fee for all withdrawals from a course.A full refund will be given only if a workshop is cancelled.No refunds or transfers will be given once a course has started.
